Jessie’s always had an interest in people: what they need, how they feel, and how small details can make a big difference. That awareness, paired with a calm and welcoming presence, has helped her thrive throughout her career. Whether solving a problem, improving a process, or offering a friendly conversation, she approaches her work with consistency, care, and a service-first mindset.
She began her career in financial services in 2008, where she took on a range of responsibilities in operations and client support. As a service manager in retail banking, Jessie played a key role in preparing branches for regulatory audits, maintaining operational standards, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. It was during this chapter that she met her husband, Todd, who would later become a founding partner at Sonoma Allocations.
Today, Jessie helps ensure the firm operates with the same level of care and attention that clients have come to expect. From coordinating internal processes to supporting the client experience, she plays an integral role in keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently.
Outside of work, Jessie is passionate about health and wellness. She is a dedicated CrossFit athlete who values discipline, resilience, and continuous improvement. She and Todd live in Sonoma County with their three children: Keeley, Kaleho, and Kendrick.
